1. Service Description
HiYoung (hiyoung.cloud and the HiYoungHere App) is a platform for event organization and participation services. Organizers create and run events through the platform, and participants register, check results, and view points through the platform.
2. Account and Usage Rules
You are responsible for the activities under your account. You must not register by impersonating another person, nor use the platform to engage in illegal activities. If abnormal registration or score-manipulation behavior is found, the platform has the right to void the results and restrict the account.
3. Registration, Fees, and Refunds
Registration is confirmed upon successful payment. A full refund may be requested more than 72 hours before the event starts; refund rules within 72 hours are subject to the announcement on the event details page. If an event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, the registration fee will be refunded in full via the original payment channel.
4. Competition Results and Points
Competition results are produced by judges through the platform's scoring system, and an appeal may be submitted to the head judge within 24 hours of their publication. Event brand points belong to the corresponding brand league system, and the platform is responsible for recording and displaying them.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
The content you publish on the platform (registration materials, image and video materials) remains yours, but you authorize the organizer and the platform to use it within the scope of event promotion. The platform's system, interface, and data model are protected by intellectual property law.
6. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
On-site safety at offline events is the responsibility of the organizer; please comply with venue rules and participate within your abilities. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the parties through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the people's court in the location of the platform operator for jurisdiction.
